We are currently seeking detail-oriented 1099 independent contractors to join our cleaning team. This role involves the responsibility of maintaining exceptional cleaning standards across multiple apartments within the Washington metropolitan area. Contractors will be tasked with ensuring that each unit is cleaned meticulously according to our company’s design and cleanliness guidelines. This position is designed for self-motivated individuals who enjoy working independently while upholding strict quality standards. As part of the onboarding process, candidates will participate in a paid on-the-job trial shift, allowing us to assess performance and fit to ensure mutual compatibility. This role offers flexibility, ideal for those looking to operate under a contractor model where you manage your schedule and transportation to various job sites. The pay for this position ranges from $172.00 to $200.60 per day, providing a competitive rate reflective of the skills and responsibilities involved. • Prior professional cleaning or housekeeping experience is strongly preferred
• Ability to travel to multiple job sites
• A drivers license and reliable vehicle for transportation strongly preferred
• Ability to work on feet, walk up stairs, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Ability to work independently and responsibly under a 1099 contractor model
• Ability to communicate in English encouraged
