You will be responsible for coaching and training team members to exceed guest expectations, managing shift staffing levels based on forecasted sales, and addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally. In this role, the Shift Leader is also accountable for contributing to both sales and profit goals by driving team member product knowledge and sales execution, managing cash handling procedures meticulously, and overseeing inventory to minimize waste and loss. Ensuring the restaurant environment is clean, safe, and compliant with all safety regulations is another critical aspect of this position. This non-exempt hourly position requires the candidate to be flexible with scheduling, including nights, weekends, and emergency situations.
