This opportunity is for the position of Room Attendant at Residence Inn Cherry Hill, located at 1821 Old Cuthbert Rd, Cherry Hill, NJ 08034. The Room Attendant role focuses on maintaining clean and attractive guestrooms while delivering attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests. The role is essential in ensuring guests enjoy a comfortable and welcoming environment during their stay. Duties encompass comprehensive cleaning of guestrooms aligned with company standards, completing pre-cleaning preparations including stocking guest and cleaning supplies, and setting up the housekeeping cart. The Room Attendant is also responsible for removing trash and dirty linens from guestrooms and hallways, maintaining cleanliness in hallways, public areas, and storage closets, and restocking cleaning carts daily. Additionally, the role involves replenishing chemical bottles, reporting missing items or maintenance concerns to supervisors, managing lost and found items according to standards, and always striving to ensure overall guest satisfaction. • High School diploma or equivalent
• Experience in hotel or related field preferred
• Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or 20 pounds frequently to lift, carry, push, or pull objects
