Reporting directly to the Executive Chef, the Chef Manager will be entrusted with full culinary management responsibilities for the food service operation. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of Profit and Loss (P&L) accountability and experience in contract-managed services, which are desirable attributes for this position. - Associate degree or equivalent
- minimum three years culinary management experience
- experience in contract foodservice or fine dining or restaurant setting
- strong knowledge of inventory, purchasing, and cost control
- working knowledge of HACCP
