Reporting directly to the Executive Chef, the Chef Manager will be entrusted with full culinary management responsibilities for the food service operation. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of Profit and Loss (P&L) accountability and experience in contract-managed services, which are desirable attributes for this position. • Associate degree or equivalent
• minimum three years culinary management experience
• experience in contract foodservice or fine dining or restaurant setting
• strong knowledge of inventory, purchasing, and cost control
• working knowledge of HACCP
