The advertised role is a hybrid position that involves both front-end department responsibilities as well as supporting operations within the Field House Restaurant at Mill Creek T&C Market. This full-time position offers an opportunity for aspiring Checkers/Servers to receive training and grow their skills in a dynamic and supportive environment. The role is tailor-made for people who enjoy interacting with customers and working in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. Responsibilities include handling sales transactions efficiently, providing exceptional customer service, managing the restaurant POS orders, serving beer and wine, and overseeing the cleanliness and organization of both the restaurant and front-end areas. Flexibility is key, as this position requires working varied shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays. The position requires a minimum age of 21 due to alcohol service responsibilities, and applicants must be able to meet physical demands such as lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods. In addition to offering competitive hourly pay starting at $17.90 per hour and going up to $25.15 depending on experience and eligibility, T&C Market provides a comprehensive benefits package. • Must be 21 years or older

• Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs
• Ability to stand for long periods up to 8 hours
• Ability to perform full body mobility tasks such as bending, stooping, twisting, and reaching
• Must possess excellent manual dexterity with frequent repetitive motion capability from hand through the shoulder
