This position plays a crucial role in the patient experience by serving as the first point of contact for patients entering the facility. The Check-In Receptionist is responsible for greeting and checking in all patients, collecting necessary insurance information, processing copays and payments, documenting transactions in the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system, and distributing forms. The role operates Monday through Thursday in Monroe and Fridays in Winder, from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment and possess a positive attitude and a warm personality.
