Currently, Solairus Aviation is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Client Aviation Manager (CAM) to lead its flight department based at KFXE airport. This role is pivotal in overseeing the daily operation of the flight department, serving as the primary point of contact for all operational, personnel, and administrative matters relating to the client’s aviation needs. The CAM will ensure adherence to Solairus policies, FAA requirements, and all relevant aviation regulations while fostering a positive work environment and high standards among the team. The Client Aviation Manager is responsible for supervising personnel, coordinating scheduling and training, and maintaining the integrity and professionalism of the flight department. The role requires someone who is a proactive leader and team player, capable of managing detailed operational tasks while promoting a culture of safety and excellence. The CAM will work closely with the Client Responsible Officer to align operational activities with client expectations, serving as a critical link between the flight operations team and the client. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range from $50,000 to $500,000, depending on factors such as geographic location, candidate experience, equipment and aircraft type managed, and the complexity of duties. The successful candidate will be expected to operate within the KFXE airport region, either currently located within a two-hour commute or willing to relocate. Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards, managing crew training and certifications, approving personnel time off and expense accounts, and maintaining up-to-date operational records. The CAM will also actively participate in the Safety Management System (SMS) initiatives, promoting a culture of risk awareness and continuous safety improvements. This role is essential to maintaining client satisfaction and upholding Solairus Aviation's distinguished reputation in the private aviation sector.
