The role focuses on preparing high-quality food in compliance with standard recipes and special diet orders, ensuring all meal preparations adhere to the highest standards of quality and safety. The successful candidate will work closely with the Director of Food & Beverage and Sous Chef to manage all food and supply operations including timely procurement, proper storage, and inventory maintenance.
