CDS is currently seeking a full-time Event Manager who will play an integral role in overseeing the recruitment, hiring, and supervision of in-store Product Demonstrators. This role involves managing all aspects of product demonstration events from product preparation and presentation to staff training and customer service. The Event Manager will provide leadership to part-time demonstration staff, ensuring they deliver top-notch service to club members and adhere to food safety and sanitation standards. Communication is a key part of the role, requiring collaboration with warehouse managers, vendors, and demonstrators to ensure seamless event execution. Additionally, the Event Manager will be involved in supporting new location grand openings, which are critical to expanding CDS's presence and success in the retail environment.
This position offers a set work schedule from Tuesday to Saturday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, though scheduling may vary depending on business needs. - Two to four years of related experience in retail, hospitality, or food environments
- Detail oriented with excellent leadership and communication skills
