Drivers at McLane earn between $85,000 and $100,000 annually and can receive sign-on bonuses up to $20,000 based on experience. In this role, CDL-A Delivery Drivers are responsible for inspecting their tractor-trailers before and after trips, ensuring all documentation and deliveries meet DOT regulations and McLane’s standards. Accurate and detailed logging of driving hours, delivery receipts, product temperatures, and any exceptions is a critical part of the job, which requires a solid understanding of commercial driving laws and customer service. Drivers unload trailers and deliver products safely and efficiently to customer premises, maintaining the highest safety standards. This position requires maturity, a commercial driver’s license (CDL-A), and a strong commitment to upholding McLane’s reputation in the industry. • Valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL-A)
• Minimum 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor-trailer driving experience
• Must meet McLane's MVR and risk rating qualifications
• Ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely
• At least 21 years of age
