The role of Assistant Manager, Operations within SSA Group specifically focuses on the Catering & Events department, working onsite and reporting to the Senior Director or Manager of Catering Operations, or alternatively, to the General Manager or Assistant General Manager. The Assistant Manager supports both the Event/Catering Sales and Culinary teams by leading the meticulous planning, coordination, execution, and quality control of catering events.
