As a non-exempt position, the Cast Member plays a multifaceted role by engaging in concierge services, concessions preparation and cashiering, cleaning duties, ushering, and maintaining overall theater upkeep. The hourly pay range for this position is competitive, from $16.50 to $19.50, reflecting the company’s investment in a motivated and capable workforce. Cast Members are at the frontline of guest interactions, ensuring each visitor experiences professional, helpful, and timely service throughout their visit. Responsibilities include greeting guests, assembling food and beverage orders, operating point-of-sale terminals, and managing stock levels for concessions and box office supplies.
