• High school diploma or equivalent
• One year of customer service experience
• Preferred casino related experience
• Ability to use standard office equipment and Microsoft Office
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and currency counting
• Ability to maintain discretion with confidential information
• Professional customer and team interaction skills
• Flexibility to work irregular hours including late nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays
