Casino Barback - Full-time

The Barback plays a vital supporting role in maintaining the smooth operation of the bar area, ensuring all beverages, supplies, and equipment are adequately stocked and organized. Responsibilities include transporting beverage cases from walk-in coolers, replenishing stock, maintaining garnishes and glassware, and keeping the bar clean and orderly. The Barback also assists in preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks following standardized recipes and operates cash registers to complete transactions accurately. This position demands strong physical stamina, including the ability to lift and maneuver items up to 50 pounds regularly and to consistently stand or walk throughout the shift.
