In this role, team members will be responsible for creating an enjoyable and hospitable shopping experience by interacting directly with guests, understanding their needs, and assisting them in finding the right products. Employees will maintain product knowledge across departments and stock specialty items throughout the day, ensuring shelves and displays look appealing and are well-maintained. Additionally, team members assist with general housekeeping duties such as gathering shopping carts and maintaining store cleanliness, visibly representing the brand through adherence to uniform standards and professional conduct.
