The Cashier must be well-versed in the restaurant's menu and pricing, able to work quickly and correctly handle corrections or adjustments to orders to maintain a smooth guest experience. Additional responsibilities include authenticating gift cards, verifying legal drinking age for alcohol sales, and identifying counterfeit currency.
