As a team member at BJ’s, you will be an essential part of the front-line operations, responsible for processing member purchases accurately and courteously, assisting members with membership inquiries, and ensuring the overall cleanliness and organization of your department. The role includes verifying and renewing memberships, offering upgrading options and loyalty programs, and managing point-of-sale transactions using advanced scanning technology.
