The role of Cashier at Providence Day School in Charlotte, North Carolina is a full-time position, scheduled Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 3:30 pm, offering a fixed pay rate of $15.50 per hour. This position requires a reliable individual who will perform cashiering duties including managing cash transactions, verifying cash drawers, issuing change, counting receipts, and completing cash reports. Additionally, the cashier will assist with general food service tasks such as maintaining sanitation standards in preparation and dining areas. This role emphasizes customer service, requiring interaction with customers in a friendly and service-oriented manner and resolving complaints effectively. New hires do not necessarily need prior cashier experience, as training is provided.
