The Cashier role at SNIPES is a part-time regular position focused on delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining operational efficiency within the store environment. As a Cashier, the primary responsibility involves managing customer transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS) while ensuring the store's merchandise is well-stocked and the visual presentation aligns with SNIPES' brand standards. This position plays a crucial role in driving sales performance by meeting or exceeding established store and individual targets such as sales, average dollar sale (ADS), units per transaction (UPT), and conversion rates. Additionally, the Cashier supports store initiatives including contests, promotions, and sales incentives, actively contributing to the overall success of the store. Successful candidates will demonstrate a positive and professional demeanor, consistently upholding company standards for personal grooming, appearance, and customer engagement. This role requires physical stamina, including standing for extended periods and occasionally lifting items between 15 to 30 pounds.
