The role of the Badging Coordinator at Securitas is a critical position responsible for guiding and innovating badging operations and access control coordination at a national level. This position demands a high level of independent judgment and direction, focusing on maintaining and improving badging processes and systems. The Badging Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting badging operations, managing essential supplies and service components, and developing robust databases to streamline processes. Additionally, this role includes supporting Technology group processes, coordinating special events related to badging, and providing detailed measurement reports to management. These reports include project statuses, costs, milestones, expected completion dates, and strategies for overcoming obstacles, thereby establishing best practices across the company.
Moreover, the Badging Coordinator works closely with pre-qualified vendors and subcontractors to ensure the successful implementation and maintenance of badging systems. Training coordination for new system operators at the site level is also a key responsibility, ensuring consistent procedural standards across all Stellantis accounts. The role requires a strategic approach to assuring compliance with established security and contractual standards, including adherence to union contracts. The incumbent must embody professionalism, discretion, diplomacy, and tact, showcasing high ethical standards in all dealings. This position is hourly with a wage of $26.05 and offers a blend of responsibilities that support both operational excellence and continuous improvement in security systems management.
