The role of Guest Service Provider at Golden Chick is a crucial position within the Restaurant Operations department. This non-exempt, hourly role reports directly to Shift Leaders, Assistant Managers, and General Managers. The Guest Service Provider is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, accurately processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout their dining experience. This position often serves as the first point of contact for customers, playing a key role in shaping their perception of the brand. Responsibilities include accurately entering customer orders into the POS system, handling payments including cash and credit card transactions, and maintaining the cash drawer. Guest Service Providers also engage in suggestive selling techniques to enhance sales and improve customer satisfaction. Additionally, they assist with order fulfillment by communicating special requests to the kitchen, helping prepare food items, and maintaining a clean and sanitary workstation. • Less than high school education, GED or high school degree preferred
• ability to comprehend simple instructions
