The position available is for a Property Maintenance Porter, a vital role responsible for the cleanliness, maintenance, and overall appearance of the community’s common areas and grounds. This role involves a wide spectrum of duties ranging from daily trash removal and sweeping to landscaping, pool maintenance, and light repairs. The maintenance porter ensures that every aspect of the property—from entryways and walkways to the pool area and vacant apartments—is maintained to the highest standards. The role also encompasses assisting the Property Manager with various tasks including resident communication and exterior maintenance projects. The position demands a proactive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks safely and effectively. The porter must also be capable of working independently while maintaining excellent communication with management and residents.
