We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to join our distinguished leadership team. This role is vital in ensuring that every dining experience at Heritage Ranch reflects the club’s commitment to quality, warmth, and exceptional hospitality. The Food & Beverage Manager will have operational oversight of all food and beverage services, including à la carte dining, banquet operations, snack bars, beverage carts, and bar service. This position requires a blend of hands-on leadership and strategic planning, demanding strong people management skills, operational expertise, and a passion for fostering excellent member engagement. Reporting directly to the Clubhouse Manager, the Food & Beverage Manager will collaborate closely with the Executive Chef, General Manager, and other department leaders to ensure smooth coordination across the club’s diverse food and beverage outlets. The successful candidate will maintain a strong floor presence, engage proactively with members and guests to address their needs and concerns, and uphold high standards for service, quality, and presentation. Key responsibilities include managing inventories and cost controls, enforcing health and safety regulations, overseeing hiring and training programs, implementing efficiency-enhancing procedures, and participating in vendor relationship management. The role also emphasizes fostering a positive, team-oriented culture aligned with the core values of Troon and Heritage Ranch.   • High school diploma or GED
  • Degree in hospitality or related field preferred
  • 6 months to 1 year of related food and beverage management experience
  • Food and Beverage Director or multi-outlet management experience strongly preferred
  • Country club or upscale hospitality environment experience required
  • Proven experience managing other managers and leading large teams
  • Strong understanding of cost controls, budgeting, and inventory management
  • Food safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness certifications required
