In this role, employees will engage in various manual labor duties including picking inventory, counting cargo, staging and loading goods, and using manual equipment such as hand trucks and pallet jacks. There are opportunities to operate forklifts upon certification, providing an avenue for skill development and career advancement. Additionally, the position may involve coordinating the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials and products, managing the sorting and placement based on specific criteria, and assisting as a lead operator on smaller teams or less complex operations. Responsibilities also include maintaining warehouse safety and cleanliness, performing routine maintenance tasks, and monitoring inventory accuracy through record keeping and documentation. This position demands a proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational concerns, ensuring that the warehouse remains a productive and secure work environment.

- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of two years warehousing or related logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification within 3 to 6 months of hire typically required
- Valid state issued driver's license preferred
- Demonstrated ability to operate hand and power tools including hand truck and pallet jack
- Basic computer skills and ability to use web-based software applications
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to read and complete basic documentation
