We are currently seeking a part-time Venue Cleaner to join our dedicated team. This role is vital in ensuring our clients' venues are maintained to the highest cleanliness standards, especially during scheduled events. The position is part-time, primarily covering shifts from Friday to Sunday based on the event calendar, although flexibility with days and hours is essential. The typical working hours begin at 12:00 pm and can extend until approximately 12:00 am depending on the event's duration. The hourly wage for this position is $13.00, reflecting the value we place on quality and reliability. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, excellent customer service skills, and take pride in maintaining both the venue's cleanliness and the professional image of our company. Dress code requirements are strictly enforced to ensure a clean and professional appearance: candidates must wear a black tailored shirt or blouse (a black polo is acceptable), long black slacks without holes (jeans or torn pants are not permitted), and black closed-toe and heel shoes. Good personal hygiene and a pleasant personality are also crucial, as the role involves interaction with venue guests and staff. Physical stamina is required as this job involves standing and walking throughout the entire shift, as well as the ability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds. A high level of attention to detail, self-motivation, and a positive attitude are expected. Previous general janitorial experience will be viewed favorably but is not mandatory.
