One of DRG's flagship brands, Eddie Merlot's, is currently seeking enthusiastic and qualified Food Runners and Bussers to join its growing team. This is a non-exempt, hourly position designed for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy providing exceptional guest experiences. Eddie Merlot's is known for its commitment to quality service and a welcoming dining atmosphere, where team members play a crucial role in maintaining seamless kitchen and dining operations. The position offers competitive compensation dependent on experience and a positive teamwork environment.
This role will involve supporting servers by efficiently setting up and breaking down expo stations, assisting in delivering food and beverages to guests, and ensuring tables are promptly cleared, cleaned, and reset to uphold high standards of cleanliness and readiness for incoming guests. Candidates must be able to stand and remain alert for extended periods, maintaining a positive and outgoing attitude throughout their shifts.
