The role of Parking Guest Attendant (PGA) at The Parking Spot is integral to the company’s mission of providing unparalleled service during the crucial check-in and check-out processes. This position is part-time, with a weekly schedule that typically includes shifts on Monday and Tuesday from 12:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m., paying $18.87 per hour with regular bonus opportunities. PGAs are tasked with maintaining the cleanliness and organization of their work areas and aiding customers with entry and exit procedures, including assisting with mobile device usage and park program inquiries. • High school education or equivalent
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Ability to verbally communicate clearly in the English language
• Ability to operate Apple technology products including iPhone, iPad tablets
• Comfortable using kiosk system and adapt to IT upgrades and changes
• Ability to work in inclement weather and stand for most of the shift
