The Kitchen Manager role at Lucky Strike Entertainment plays a critical part in maintaining and elevating the company’s nationally recognized Food and Beverage program. This position is ideal for an experienced culinary professional with strong management skills and a passion for delivering high-quality food in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment. Kitchen Managers are responsible for managing kitchen operations efficiently, upholding stringent food quality and safety standards, and ensuring excellent customer service. They oversee everything from menu adherence and food purchasing to staffing, event catering, and sanitation compliance. The role demands a proactive leader who can manage budgets, control costs, analyze profit and loss statements, and make strategic adjustments to optimize kitchen performance. In addition to standard kitchen management duties such as supervising food preparation, scheduling staff, and maintaining inventory, Kitchen Managers collaborate with Operations and Sales teams to coordinate catering and special events. They lead a diverse kitchen team including lead cooks, cooks, dishwashers, and servers, fostering a professional and motivated workforce.
