The role involves welcoming guests with a warm smile, preparing the station for shifts, ensuring the tables are properly set with silverware and condiments, and supporting servers by clearing and resetting tables efficiently. The Busser/Runner also plays a key part in maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards throughout the dining area and kitchen alley, in addition to running hot food to guests promptly. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
