As a Busser/Runner, you will be responsible for welcoming every guest with a friendly smile, preparing the station before shifts, setting tables with cutlery and condiments, refilling drinks, clearing used dishes and glassware, and delivering hot food to customers as it becomes ready. Support for waitstaff and adherence to all food safety and cleanliness standards are also critical aspects of this role. Additionally, maintaining cleanliness by clearing and resetting tables, cleaning seats and floors, communicating table availability, and sorting items in the dishwashing area are part of the daily duties. Physical demands require candidates to be able to safely bend, reach, crouch, and lift up to 30 pounds, remain standing for 8 to 12-hour shifts, and perform tasks that require detail orientation and multitasking abilities in a team environment.
