The Busser/Barback position at Peregrine Hospitality plays an essential role in supporting both the front-of-house dining operations and bar service to ensure a seamless and enjoyable guest experience. This position involves a variety of responsibilities ranging from clearing and resetting tables to assisting bartenders in maintaining a stocked and organized bar area. Busser/Barbacks also provide critical support in food and beverage service by delivering orders, prepping garnishes, and monitoring the dining area to address guest needs promptly. The role demands a high level of attention to detail, excellent teamwork, and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments.
