The role available is a Food and Beverage Service position within Senior Lifestyle's community. This role is centered on providing prompt, efficient, and pleasant service to residents and guests, ensuring that their dining needs are met with care and professionalism. The position is ideal for individuals who have a passion for service, are eager to contribute to a positive dining experience, and want to work in a supportive team-oriented environment. Key responsibilities include removing soiled dishes, glasses, and flatware from tables, setting tables properly before dining services, and maintaining clean and stocked bus stations. Additionally, this role requires responsiveness to residents’ and guests’ requests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout meal times. Beverage service assistance is also a vital part of the job, involving pouring coffee, serving water, tea, and cold beverages. The position does not require previous experience in food service, although prior experience and ServSafe certification or other relevant local or state certifications are advantageous.
