                - Arrives to work on time as scheduled and ready to work
 - Follows Miller's Ale House policies in all respects, including, but not limited to, time recording requirements, such as clocking in and out and responding to end-of-shift prompts concerning tasks performed and the amount of time associated with such tasks
 - Interacts with guests to provide the highest level of customer service and create exceptional guest experiences by adhering to all Miller's Ale House service standards
 - Works directly with other team members to ensure all guest's needs and requests are fulfilled satisfactorily and promptly
 - Maintains clean and sanitized work areas
 - Washes hands every 20 minutes throughout the shift
 - Works with team members to ensure that safety and sanitation protocol is being executed to company standard
 - Remains standing for extended periods
 - Bends, squats, and lifts up to 30 lbs for short distances
 - Ability to work with varying noise levels
 - Ability to remain balanced while carrying heavy loads
 - Ability to frequently communicate and timely exchange accurate information with managers, team members, and guests in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
