This position is responsible for setting up and clearing tables promptly and efficiently, stocking all service stations, and assisting food servers during service periods to guarantee full guest satisfaction. As a Busser, you will be the unsung hero behind every well-organized dining event, ensuring that tables are clean, service stations are adequately stocked with silverware, linen, condiments, and other essentials, and guests receive prompt attention with beverages and bread service. You will play a vital role in transporting dirty tableware to the dishwashing area, helping to maintain cleanliness and order throughout the dining space. This position demands a self-starting personality with strong communication skills, the ability to work as part of a team, and a commitment to maintaining professional appearance and behavior at all times. Safety and security protocols are paramount, especially when handling heavy items or equipment, emphasizing the importance of following company guidelines for lifting and reporting hazards. This is a part-time or full-time role with an hourly wage beginning at $22.78, subject to variation depending on experience, education, and location.
