This opportunity is for a Chef Manager who will lead culinary operations for a high-profile account generating over $1 million in annual revenue. This role offers significant career growth potential and high visibility in the organization. The Chef Manager will oversee all aspects of daily foodservice, ensuring quality, safety, and guest satisfaction are met consistently. They will also manage catering operations, ensuring flawless execution of events that leave lasting positive impressions on clients.
In addition to culinary leadership, the Chef Manager will have full Profit and Loss (P&L) responsibilities, overseeing budgeting and implementing cost-effective strategies to maximize profitability. Team leadership is another key aspect of this role, involving recruitment, mentoring, and inspiring a high-performing culinary and service team with a focus on excellence and continuous growth.
Client relationship management is central to this position. The Chef Manager will serve as the main point of contact for the client, building strong partnerships and delivering tailored solutions that exceed expectations. This role also requires innovation and collaboration with marketing and culinary teams to design nutritious, high-quality menus, and play an integral part in the planning and launch of a new café facility.
