This opportunity is for a Chef Manager who will lead culinary operations for a high-profile account generating over $1 million in annual revenue. The Chef Manager will oversee all aspects of daily foodservice, ensuring quality, safety, and guest satisfaction are met consistently. They will also manage catering operations, ensuring flawless execution of events that leave lasting positive impressions on clients. In addition to culinary leadership, the Chef Manager will have full Profit and Loss (P&L) responsibilities, overseeing budgeting and implementing cost-effective strategies to maximize profitability. Client relationship management is central to this position.
