We are currently seeking experienced Restaurant General Managers (RGM) to join our dynamic team. As an RGM at GPS Hospitality, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the overall operations of our restaurants, ensuring that all quality, service, and cleanliness standards are consistently met and exceeded. You will lead a team of managers and crew members, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and customer satisfaction. Your leadership will directly impact the restaurant's financial performance as you are responsible for meeting sales and profit goals while managing costs effectively. This is a full-time position that requires dedication across various shifts, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
The RGM position offers a competitive salary with additional performance-based bonuses tied to operational and financial achievements. You will utilize GPS Hospitality’s proven systems and procedures to project sales accurately, schedule labor efficiently, and maintain tight restaurant controls including cash and inventory management. In this role, you will ensure your team delivers outstanding service that results in satisfied guests, meeting stringent standards for speed of service, food safety, and cleanliness. You will enforce compliance with government regulations, food safety standards, employment laws, and company policies, serving as a role model for operational excellence and integrity.

- 3-5 years of general manager experience in a restaurant or retail setting
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must be able to perform under pressure in a high-volume setting
- Must have reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
- Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the US
- ServSafe certification preferred
