The current opportunity is for the role of Market Partner (Multi-Unit Manager), a pivotal leadership position that oversees multiple restaurant locations within an assigned market. This hands-on role requires the Market Partner to work closely with store managers, supporting all aspects of restaurant operations and driving financial growth while maintaining the highest standards of service and quality. The Market Partner collaborates with various teams including Regional Market Partners, Managing Partners, and Real Estate to align business strategies and execute initiatives that foster sustained growth and operational excellence. Key responsibilities include developing annual sales and profit budgets, conducting regular meetings to ensure alignment among store managers, supporting new manager training programs, and overseeing recruitment efforts for leadership roles within the market. This role is essential in maintaining the company's core values and culture, promoting a positive work environment, and ensuring superior guest and employee relations. While the position involves some remote work to manage store visit rotations, it is primarily an onsite role, emphasizing the importance of direct involvement and visibility in restaurant operations.
