• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to obtain and maintain food handler permit or certification as required by local regulations
• Proven reliability and punctuality
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to perform basic mental math for cash handling
• Capability to stand, walk, and be physically active for up to 10 hours per shift
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to lift or carry up to 65 pounds
• Completion and passing of all required trainings and certifications
