We are currently seeking qualified Broiler Chefs to join our dynamic team. As a Broiler Chef at Sullivan's Steakhouse, you will play a crucial role in preparing expertly cooked proteins to meet our exacting standards. This role demands precision, speed, and a deep knowledge of grilling, broiling, and sauté techniques. As part of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring every dish is cooked to perfection and presented beautifully, enhancing the guests’ dining experience. Our Broiler Chefs work closely with other kitchen staff and front-of-house team members to coordinate food orders and maintain smooth kitchen operations. - High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a steakhouse or similar kitchen environment preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and handle kitchen equipment
- Ability to maintain high standards of sanitation and food safety
- Must be able to work well in a team environment
