This in-store position plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless functioning of the Pet Care Center by managing merchandising and inventory processes paired with delivering excellent customer service. Working primarily on-site, the operations generalist supports a healthier, brighter future for pets and their families by creating an inviting atmosphere where guest and pet needs are met efficiently and with care.
