The Role of Branch Event Planner at Revolution Mortgage is a pivotal position designed to enhance the company’s outreach and engagement with real estate professionals in the Boca Raton, FL area. This full-time role focuses on creating and executing impactful, branch-level events that bring realtors through the doors and showcase the expertise of the company’s lending team. The Branch Event Planner will play a critical role in strengthening partnerships between lenders and real estate agents, providing valuable mortgage industry insights, and ultimately driving business growth through referral relationships. This position requires a professional with strong organizational skills, a creative mindset, and excellent interpersonal abilities to design events that resonate with local realty professionals.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all aspects of events—from venue selection and scheduling to managing invitations and RSVPs. The planner will collaborate closely with branch managers and lenders to curate event content, including presentations that highlight timely and relevant mortgage industry topics. In addition to logistical and content creation duties, this role demands a proactive individual capable of multitasking effectively in a fast-paced environment. The Branch Event Planner will also analyze post-event feedback to refine future events, ensuring continuous improvement in quality and realtor engagement. - Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field preferred
- Proven experience in event planning, coordination, or marketing
- Experience in real estate or mortgage industry preferred
