The successful candidate will actively manage budgets related to travel, entertainment, and monthly activations, ensuring optimal use of resources while driving objectives such as new distribution, drink features, and promotional program development and execution. A strong emphasis is placed on achieving year-over-year growth within the account list, meeting monthly KPIs, and staying attuned to evolving customer and consumer trends to tailor programs accordingly. Key aspects of the role involve maintaining visibility at local events and national initiatives, often requiring participation during evenings and weekends. Communication skills are crucial as the Activation Manager will present Bacardi brands to diverse audiences, including executives, vendors, employees, and customers at various organizational levels. The base salary range for this position is $52,118 to $78,074, with compensation determined by factors such as location, experience, and skillset.
