The Marketing Coordinator role at Eataly Boston is a critical position designed to support and coordinate all marketing activities to enhance the brand's visibility and community engagement. This role is vital in ensuring the seamless implementation of marketing, PR, event, and partnership initiatives in accordance with Eataly's brand standards and overall objectives. This is a fixed-term role, lasting seven months, and offers an hourly wage of $25.00. The coordinator will work closely with both local teams and the corporate marketing group to maintain brand alignment while tailoring efforts to local market needs. The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for assisting with the planning and execution of local and national marketing calendars and promotional activities. This involves collaborating with the social media team to create and schedule social media content, ensuring all marketing materials such as in-store signage and collateral are accurate and brand consistent, and supporting event planning operations in partnership with the in-store event manager and corporate teams. The role places strong emphasis on partnership building and community involvement, requiring the coordinator to maintain relationships with current partners, producers, and local organizations, while identifying new opportunities for brand exposure and activation within the Boston community.
