The Graduate by Hilton Bloomington is currently seeking a Banquet Server to join its Food & Beverage team. This role is integral to supporting Banquet and Catering operations by ensuring that every event runs smoothly and that guests receive an impeccable and consistent service experience. The Banquet Server position offers a competitive hourly wage of $16.00 for serving banquet shifts and $10.50 plus pooled tips for barista shifts when assigned. The position also involves bussing tables, restocking supplies, maintaining cleanliness, and adhering to all safety and sanitation guidelines. The employee will also have the opportunity to assist as a barista at Poindexter Coffee, learning coffee preparation skills, customer interaction, and cafe operations.
