As a Sales Representative, you will be a brand ambassador, responsible for initiating conversations, delivering excellent customer service, and representing Bluegreen’s values to prospective clients. The position requires commitment to a flexible schedule, including weekend shifts, as it involves working Monday through Saturday between the hours of 9am and 9pm, and Sunday from 10am to 7pm. This is a part-time position with an average of 30 working hours per week, offering a competitive compensation package that includes a guaranteed hourly base rate plus eligibility for commissions based on the number of vacation package sales made each week. On average, Sales Representatives earn between $40,000 and $60,000 annually, with a detailed compensation plan provided upon hire.
