The General Manager role at Better Buzz Coffee is a pivotal leadership position responsible for supporting the brand's newest market launch. This position entails creating and ensuring the 'Buzz Life' experience for both guests and employees, becoming a beacon of excellent service and connection-building within the community. The General Manager will serve as the face of the cafe, leading by example in service quality, brand adherence, and workplace culture. Key responsibilities include training the team, managing operations, adhering to labor and safety standards, and fostering a productive yet friendly work environment. This role requires the selected candidate to undergo an 8-week training program in another state to ensure readiness and alignment with brand values and standards. Compensation for this role is hourly, ranging between $28.00 and $30.00 per hour, estimated at an annual salary between $69,000 and $74,000, depending on hours worked.
