• High school diploma or equivalent
• minimum one year of experience preparing coffee drinks in a high-volume coffee shop
• minimum one year of experience in the Bakery industry
• excellent time management and organizational skills
• ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously and produce quality output within deadlines
• strong interpersonal and oral communication skills
• valid Washington State Food Workers Card
• successful background check and reference checks
