We are currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our exceptional Banquet team as Banquet Servers. These positions are available both full-time and part-time, offering flexibility to fit various schedules and commitments. As a Banquet Server at Belfair, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences by delivering top-notch service during events and functions. The role demands a passion for hospitality, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Banquet Servers are responsible for the entire banquet experience, including setting up event spaces according to specific instructions, serving food and beverages professionally, and ensuring that guests receive the highest level of service throughout the event. You will collaborate closely with other banquet staff, kitchen personnel, and event coordinators to ensure seamless service from start to finish. The role also involves post-event duties like cleaning, breaking down setups, and maintaining a clean and organized banquet area. The ideal candidates will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the physical stamina required to stand, walk, and carry heavy trays for extended periods. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential, as is the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining professionalism.
