Food Runners are responsible for maintaining service stations, assisting servers, and supporting cleanliness and safety standards throughout their shifts. Food Runners deliver food and drinks in a timely manner, anticipating guests' needs while also supporting servers with pre-bussing and clearing tables. They help to set the stage for an outstanding visit by rolling silverware, lining food baskets, and performing various opening, mid-day, or closing tasks. This role not only requires attention to detail but also an ability to communicate effectively with management, team members, and guests, ensuring a seamless workflow between front-of-house operations.
