As a Bowl Attendant at Main Event, you play a crucial role in shaping the guest experience by being the welcoming face and primary source of information about all activities and specials offered. This role requires someone who is energetic, attentive, and knowledgeable, as you will be guiding guests through their bowling activities while ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment. You will be responsible for managing the bowling lanes, assisting with shoe rentals, troubleshooting equipment, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards. A Bowl Attendant must excel at multi-tasking, have strong communication skills, and be adept at using various business systems integral to daily operations.
